How long does it take to build a website?

Depends on the package selected. The Ember package takes 7-10 business days, the Blaze package takes 14 days, the Torch package takes 21-28 days, and the Inferno package is customized according to the project scope. All timelines are communicated upfront.

Can I choose my own design?
Of course. During the consultation phase, we’ll explore your design references. We’ll also provide mockups before development begins for you to review and approve.
Can I manage the content myself once it's finished?

Yes, all packages include WP Admin access. We also provide a quick guide on how to update content, change photos, or add new pages yourself.

How does the payment system work?

Payment is split into two installments: 50% upfront as a deposit, and 50% when the website is ready to launch. We don’t require full payment until you’re satisfied with the results.

Can I request features outside of those in the package?

Yes. We offer custom feature development services such as booking systems, e-commerce, memberships, and third-party API integration. Pricing depends on the complexity of the desired features.

What is the warranty on each package?

During the warranty period, if there are any bugs or technical issues with your website, we will fix them at no additional cost. The warranty is valid from the launch date.
